The New York Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement Statewide (NY HELPS) Program is a temporary initiative designed to expedite the hiring process for critical positions within state agencies. By waiving the traditional civil service examination requirements, the program enables agencies to swiftly appoint qualified individuals to permanent roles based on their experience and qualifications.

The Account Clerk II is responsible for maintaining and reviewing complex financial records, preparing reports, and supporting departmental accounting operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
